Mum Hours UK (a trading name of WithMe Project LTD, a company registered in England and Wales) respects your privacy. We only collect the personal information needed to run the platform, including your account details, profile information, job applications and business enquiries, and we never sell your data.

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us through our website.

Business enquiries

When you submit a business brief, we store your name, company, email, message, selected package and preferred timing. We also record the referring website domain and any campaign tags in the link so we can understand how the enquiry reached us. Only authorised platform administrators can access these enquiries. We use them to respond and manage the proposed booking, and do not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

Campaign bookings and payments

When you book a brand campaign, we store your contact details, brief, destination link, selected package, preferred timing and booking acceptance. Stripe processes the payment. We keep the checkout and payment references, amount and payment status so authorised administrators can manage the booking. We do not receive or store your full card details. We use your email for necessary campaign communication and do not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Visitor verification

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on business enquiry forms, campaign checkout and the TMQ waitlist to help prevent automated submissions. Cloudflare processes browser and device signals to perform this check. Our backend validates the verification token before processing your submission. We do not send your form answers to Cloudflare for verification.

The Mum Quarter waitlist

When you join the TMQ waitlist, we collect your name, email and any optional area, work focus and weekday preferences you provide. We record your consent and signup time, plus campaign tags from your signup link. Authorised administrators use these details to plan sessions and send TMQ launch updates and priority registration invitations. Joining does not create a paid booking, an MHUK account or a subscription to other MHUK marketing. To withdraw your consent or request removal, contact us through the website and mention the TMQ waitlist.
