Working to provide great homes in great neighbourhoods, we manage more than 22,000 homes across Yorkshire – predominately in the Bradford district – and are proud to collaborate with our customers, communities, and local partners to achieve this.

At Incommunities, it's more than just a job. We're a social housing not-for-profit that puts people at the heart of everything we do. We don't just provide good quality, affordable homes, we help people build better lives.
That could mean a Housing Officer supporting a family through a tough time, or our Money Matters team helping someone get back on track with their bills. It could be our Repairs team keeping homes safe and warm, or our Estates and Grounds teams making sure our neighbourhoods look great, from grass cutting and planting flowers to keeping shared spaces clean and welcoming.
It might be our development teams building new homes and creating places where people want to live, or our community projects that give customers extra support and opportunities. And behind the scenes, our IT, People, Legal, Finance teams and so many others keep everything running smoothly.
