Description

Develop and control social media posts across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn Creating content that increases brand visibility and engagement. Understanding the importance of consistent, high-value content, strategic engagement, and leveraging platform algorithms

Plan and execute events, conferences, workshops, or activations, including logistics, venue, and scheduling

Be responsible for all Engagement & Growth: Actively engaging with the community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.

Manage all Content Creation: Producing high-quality, on-brand photos, videos and Ad content

Requirements

A prolific personal social media following with a a large, engaged, and rapidly growing audience
Strong expertise in social media marketing, event coordination and community management, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
Strong copywriting skills with a feel for brand voice on social
Excellent Communication and Writing skills
Ability to develop and maintain a cohesive brand voice across all channels
Knowledge of social media analytics and emerging trends
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) Preferred
Ideally a background in or interest in HR technology, AI, compliance or SaaS markets
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field would be advantageous
